Purchase
Purchase is open to persons who are at least 18 years old. A purchase indicates the buyer has read and accepted the Terms and Conditions of Novaleska. Payment is accepted in USD$. For US/Canadian buyers, price is inclusive of shipping, insurance and sales taxes. Outside US/Canada, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay customs duties imposed on items by the local legislation of the country of their shipment address. We reserve the right to exclude clients from purchases in our sole discretion.
Invoices
Upon purchase, within 24 hours buyers will receive an email notification that payment has been received. Purchased items will arrive in 10-15 days.
Shipping
Shipping and shipping insurance are included in the price for US/Canada buyers. A fee of USD$40 is charged for buyers outside US/Canada.
Return Policy
Novaleska wants our buyers to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If not satisfied for any reason, buyers may return objects within 10 days in the original packaging and with the Letter of Authenticity – no questions asked. Once the item and Letter of Authenticity are received, Novaleska will credit your account for the entire purchase price, excluding original shipping fee.
